Vintage Realty Company is proud to offer an impressive portfolio of luxurious apartment communities throughout Louisiana and Arkansas. Beginning in 1996, Vintage developed Champion Lake Apartment Homes, a 256-unit luxury community in southeast Shreveport, LA. Then in 2002, the 208-unit River Walk Apartment Homes opened as its sister community on Clyde Fant Parkway.
Vintage also manages Stockwell Landing, a 241-unit community located in Bossier City, LA.
2003 brought Vintage Realty Company’s first community outside their home market with the acquisition of the 225-unit Grove at Pleasant Valley Apartment Homes in Little Rock, AR.
Vintage further expanded its presence in South Louisiana in 2005 with the opening of the 208-unit Nelson Pointe Apartment Homes in Lake Charles, LA and the 240-unit Village at Fountain Lake Luxury Apartment Homes in Gonzales, LA – just south of Baton Rouge on Interstate 10.
In the northern part of the state, Vintage also opened the 208-unit Village at Westlake Apartment Homes in west Shreveport in November 2005. This community was the first new “Class A” luxury apartment community to be developed in west Shreveport in more than 18 years.
Magnolia Trace Apartment Homes, our 208-unit apartment community in Alexandria, LA has opened early Summer 2006.
Our newest community, Country Club Pointe, is our second multifamily development in Lake Charles which opened in April, 2008 with 256 units.
Vintage Realty manages two multifamily properties in Slidell, LA. Villa du Lac, a 234-unit community, and Harborside, a 168-unit community.
Other markets planned for expansion are Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, Slidell and Shreveport, LA. Development activity is also planned for several markets in East Texas.
